Established practice · By appointment
Clear books. Considered advice. No surprises at year end.
Ledgerwell works with a small number of owner-run businesses on bookkeeping oversight, year-end accounts and forward planning. We would rather say early if we are not the right fit.
Services
- IYear-end accounts
- Preparation of annual accounts and the supporting schedules, reviewed with you before anything is filed.
- IIBookkeeping oversight
- Monthly review of your own or your bookkeeper's records, with a short note on anything that needs attention.
- IIIManagement reporting
- A quarterly pack: cash position, margins and the three numbers you said you care about.
- IVPlanning conversations
- Structured sessions before a hire, a lease, a large purchase or a change in how you pay yourself.
Is this a good fit?
Likely a good fit
- You run a business with roughly 2 to 40 people
- You want a named contact, not a ticket queue
- You can share records monthly or quarterly
- You value plain explanations over jargon
Probably not the right fit
- You need same-day turnaround as standard
- You are looking for the lowest possible fee
- You need specialist work outside general practice
- You want advice without sharing the underlying records
If we are not the right fit we will say so in the first conversation and, where we can, suggest the kind of adviser to look for.

A note on credentials. This fictional practice deliberately lists no professional credentials, memberships or client outcomes. A real firm would state only qualifications and registrations it can evidence, in its own wording.
