1. Who we are

Hyper Solutions Consulting ("we", "us") operates hypersolutionsconsulting.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Preview requests: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, current website (or that you have none), business type, what you want the site to do, and your acknowledgment of our pricing and hosting terms.
• Direct contact: anything you send when you call or email us.
• Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, usage information such as pages visited and pseudonymous cookie identifiers through Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

Analytics events we record (for example, that a preview form was started or saved) do not include your name, email, business or message.

The inquiry form keeps a draft in this browser tab so your answers survive a reload and remain available for email fallback. A confirmed submission is stored in Robert's protected owner workspace. Email notification may fail independently; saving does not prove inbox receipt. Email-only preparation does not save a lead for Robert. Clear the form or close the browser session when finished, especially on a shared device.

The optional business-brief helper does not submit its entries or upload files. When you choose "Save on this device," it keeps an unencrypted draft in that browser's local storage. Drafts can be resumed for 30 days; expired drafts are removed when you next visit the helper. It is not accessible from another device through this helper and is not an authenticated workspace. You can resume, clear, copy or download it yourself. Avoid saving on shared devices and never enter hosting passwords or sensitive personal information.

If Robert separately provides a private project link, its brief, exact-version approvals and update requests may be saved on the server for that project. If you choose an optional monthly plan, the link can also hold your monthly change requests, the supplied wording and before/after values, the draft you approve and a record of when and how the change was delivered. These expiring, revocable links do not give access to internal notes, other clients or the owner workspace. Never enter passwords, payment-card details or access keys. Private file uploads are not available.

3. How we use it

• To review your request, determine fit and availability for a homepage concept, and reply to you.
• To send scopes, quotes and project communications.
• For optional monthly plans you agree to: to prepare the changes you supply, record your approval of the exact draft, and keep a record of what was delivered. Only Robert and you, through your private link, can see these records.
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Service providers

Our website uses a third-party cloud hosting provider for hosting and request storage. When configured, notification email and internal contact management use Resend and HubSpot. Google Analytics is used only with consent. These are providers for our own business, not CRM, transaction or hosting-resale services offered to clients. A saved request does not itself prove that an email was delivered.

5. Retention

We keep request and project information as long as needed to respond, deliver work and keep reasonable business records, then delete it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing us. You can decline analytics cookies at any time.

7. Security

The Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and we take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new effective date.
