How it works

Four steps from first call to launch.

You see a direction before you commit, the scope is written before any payment, and the site launches in accounts you own.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

Share your business, current site and what customers need to find. When it is a fit, Robert may sketch a homepage direction.

    You
    Your current site and goals
    Robert
Review and, if a fit, a direction
  2. 02

Agree the scope and pay 50%

Approve the direction and a written page scope, then pay the 50% deposit. Robert arranges payment with you directly.

    You
    Approval, deposit, your content
    Robert
    Written scope and schedule
  3. 03

    Review the pages

See the finished pages on phone and desktop, then send one consolidated list of changes per included revision round.

    You
    Consolidated revisions
    Robert
    Build, review, apply changes
  4. 04

    Pay the balance and launch

Pay the remaining 50% before launch. With your approval of the domain-switch plan, we connect your domain to your hosting and hand over the files.

    You
    Balance, domain and hosting access
    Robert
Launch, files, 30 days of defect fixes

What you supply

  • Your logo, if you have one
  • Photos of your work, team, food or space
  • Services or menu, hours, service area and phone number
  • A few honest sentences about the business
  • Domain and compatible hosting accounts in your own name

The business brief helps you gather this. It saves in your browser only and is not sent automatically.

Timing and launch

About three days once approved content, deposit, access and compatible hosting are ready. DNS, approvals or extra scope can delay launch; the date is agreed in writing.

Before switching, we confirm you control the domain, note existing email records and booking or ordering links so they are kept, and agree a fallback. We do not promise zero downtime.

Scope: informational websites only. We can link to booking or ordering tools you already use. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.
