SEO & local visibility

Make it easier for nearby customers to find, and understand, what you do.

A defined project to tidy the on-page basics and your local presence, measured against a baseline we record together at the start. Specific, finite and honest about what search engines decide.

The problem

Common reasons a good business is hard to find.

  • 01Service pages have vague titles, or one page tries to describe everything.
  • 02Your business name, hours or address differ between your site and listings.
  • 03Nobody knows whether last year's changes helped, because nothing was recorded first.
  • 04You have been offered page-one guarantees and want a grounded alternative.

Deliverables

What a scoped project covers.

Recorded baseline
Where things stand at the start, using measures we agree and can repeat.
On-page improvements
Titles, descriptions, headings and page structure on an agreed set of pages.
Local presence tidy-up
Consistency of key business details across your site and agreed listings.
Review against baseline
A plain-language comparison at the end, using the same method as the start.

Use cases

Illustrative project shapes.

Illustrative scenarios, not client case studies.

One service, one page

Splitting a single crowded services page so each core service can be described properly.

Moved or renamed

Bringing listings and site details back in line after a move, rebrand or change of hours.

Before a rebuild

Recording a baseline ahead of a new site so the effect of the change can be discussed honestly.

Engagement

How it runs.

    Improve and review

Agreed changes made, then reviewed against the baseline with you.

Fit and boundaries

Clear about what this is, and what it is not.

A good fit for

  • Local service businesses with an existing website
  • Owners who want a defined project rather than an open-ended retainer
  • Anyone wanting measurement agreed before work starts

Not included

  • Guaranteed rankings, traffic, calls or revenue
  • Paid advertising management
  • Routine Google Business Profile upkeep, which belongs to the monthly plan
  • Link buying or review generation schemes

Pricing. Projects are individually scoped and quoted in writing. If you already have the $499/month Website & Local Visibility plan, we identify what it already covers before quoting additional work. The same deliverable is not billed again as a separate project. Website plans are separate and unchanged.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How is this different from the $499 monthly plan?

Website & Local Visibility includes the base upkeep, four total approved Profile posts, one agreed improvement to one existing service page up to approximately 500 words, a monthly contact-path check and an available-metrics summary. A separately quoted project addresses additional agreed improvements, not a second charge for those deliverables. The $499 plan replaces, rather than stacks with, the $149 plan; full limits remain on Pricing.

Will I rank first on Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. Search engines decide rankings. The project improves what you control and measures it against an agreed baseline.

Do I need a new website first?

No. Projects work on existing sites where access allows. If the site itself is the obstacle, that will be part of the conversation.

What do you measure?

Measures are agreed per project, for example page details, listing consistency and enquiries you already track. Nothing is measured without your agreement.

Tell us what you want local customers to find.

Robert will suggest a sensible scope and how it would be measured, before any quote.
