Terms of Service
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Agreement
By using hypersolutionsconsulting.com or engaging Hyper Solutions Consulting, you agree to these Terms. A project's specific scope, deliverables and price are set out in a written scope you approve; if it conflicts with these Terms, the written scope controls.
2. Services
Business Website Rebuild starts at $4,250 one time. Standard work fitting an approved brief is quoted $4,250; more involved or unknown work needs technical review and a separate fixed written quote before commitment. The written scope specifies pages/content/layouts/functions, supplied materials, one consolidated revision and exclusions. Work uses an agreed visual direction, suitable reusable layouts, approved client content with light refinement, mobile presentation, basic on-page SEO and agreed inquiry/launch checks. Substantial writing/research, migrations/integrations, CMS/editors, custom apps/portals, ecommerce/ordering/payment/booking systems and ongoing SEO are not automatically included. Existing individually agreed terms remain unchanged.
These are informational/brochure websites. Larger sites and later text/photo edits are separately quoted. We do not offer ecommerce, stores, carts, payment processing/POS, custom ordering/reservations, customer portals, CRM systems, complex IT, automation or hosting resale—not as package upgrades either. Agreed links to existing client-owned booking/ordering platforms are permitted; we do not configure or manage transactions.
3. Homepage previews
A homepage concept may be offered subject to fit and availability. Requesting one does not guarantee a preview or reserve a slot. It is a single-page concept, not an entire unpaid website or unlimited revisions. You have no obligation to proceed.
4. Client responsibilities
- Supply accurate text, logo, photos, menu and other assets, and have the rights to use them.
- Purchase and pay for your own domain, hosting and any paid third-party services in accounts you own. Every website requires hosting.
- Send revisions as consolidated lists within the rounds included in your package.
5. Payment
The standard payment approach is 50% after direction and written scope approval and 50% before launch, subject to your written agreement. Fees are in U.S. dollars. Robert arranges payment directly and, where agreed, sends a secure Stripe-hosted invoice. We never ask for card details by email, phone or project notes; your website itself does not take payments. No monthly plan is required. Website & Profile Upkeep ($149/month) covers one supplied update batch up to 30 minutes including checks, two approved Profile posts, one information check and up to five approved review-response drafts for one business, compatible site and eligible authorized location. Website & Local Visibility ($499/month) replaces $149, not an add-on: the same base allowances with FOUR TOTAL posts, one approved improvement to one existing service page up to approximately 500 words, one monthly agreed contact-path/link/basic-form check and a short work/next-action/available-authorized-metrics summary. Client supplies accurate facts, photos and approvals; unavailable metrics stay unavailable. Fit, access, capacity, scope, effective dates and month-to-month billing/cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before the first invoice. Google Business Profile is free; the fee is for our work. Hosting, emergency/24-7/unlimited work, new pages, substantial research, security/malware, suspension appeals, backlinks, ads/spend and ranking/lead/revenue guarantees are excluded. Selecting a service creates no subscription or automatic charge. Your site and completed work remain yours, with no buyout; existing agreements remain unchanged.
6. Timeline
We confirm your project schedule in writing after reviewing the scope, current availability, and required content and access. Work is scheduled once the agreed deposit, approved materials, and required access are received. Client revisions, added scope, hosting and domain changes can affect timing.
7. Launch and ownership
We perform a one-time launch and domain connection in accounts you own. After full payment, we hand over the source files and you own the final deliverables created for your project, excluding third-party assets, libraries and fonts, which remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Before a domain switch, we check your domain access and compatibility of client-paid hosting with the agreed site and form. We identify existing business-email records and working service links for preservation. You approve the finished site and switch plan; we agree a fallback such as restoring previous website records if the former hosting remains available. DNS and third-party issues may delay or interrupt launch; zero downtime is not guaranteed. Launch assistance does not include email migration, third-party transaction setup, ongoing hosting management or an automatic easy-edit CMS.
8. Defect correction
For 30 days after launch, we will correct defects in the work we delivered, meaning parts that do not function as agreed. This does not include new content, menu or price changes, new features, ongoing updates, maintenance, or problems caused by your hosting provider or third-party services. Later updates are quoted separately.
9. No guarantees of results
We perform work in a professional manner, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. The Site is provided "as is".
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a project will not exceed the fees you paid for that project.
11. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You are responsible for work completed up to that point.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County, Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
