Informational Websites
Choosing a simple informational website for your business
· 4 min read
A small-business website does not have to be an online store. For a cleaner, landscaper, handyman, detailer, salon or neighborhood restaurant, the useful job is often much simpler: explain the business, show genuine supplied work or menu information, make hours and directions easy to find, and offer a clear way to call or inquire.
Start with the customer's practical questions
What do you do? Where do you work? When are you open? How can someone contact you? Collect short, accurate answers before designing pages. A service business can explain its actual services and service area; a restaurant can supply a readable menu, hours and visit information. Avoid stock claims about being the best or invented reviews.
Keep the first scope small
A three-page site might include a home page, services or menu, and contact or visit information. Five pages can add an about page, gallery or a separate service description. A supplied gallery is a useful way to show real work without making the visitor use an account or complicated tool. Larger informational sites can be quoted separately; extra pages do not turn the project into a software system.
Information and inquiries, not transaction setup
Hyper Solutions does not offer ecommerce, shopping carts, payment processing, POS, credit-card setup, custom ordering or reservations, customer portals, CRM or automation systems. These are not optional custom upgrades. If you already use a booking or ordering platform, an agreed ordinary link can point there. The platform remains yours to pay for and manage; we do not configure or manage transactions.
Content first, not an automatic editor promise
Supply your logo, photos, service descriptions, hours, public contact details and restaurant menu. We lightly refine wording rather than invent business facts. An automatic easy-edit CMS or menu editor is not included. After launch, new wording, photos or menu updates are separately quoted, or covered by an optional monthly updates plan if you choose one. No monthly plan is required.
A domain still needs compatible hosting
The domain is the address; hosting runs the website. Own and pay for both directly. Before agreeing a launch, confirm domain access and that the hosting supports the agreed website and inquiry form. A one-time connection is not hosting resale or a promise of free ongoing third-party services.
Approve the launch plan
Identify existing business-email records and working service links before changing website records. Approve the completed site and the domain-switch plan, and agree a fallback such as restoring prior records if the former hosting remains available. DNS and provider issues can cause interruption; zero downtime is not promised. The website project is not an email migration or managed-IT service.
Two prices and a qualified preview
$499 covers up to three simple pages and one consolidated revision; $899 covers up to five with two. A homepage concept may be offered subject to fit and availability—not an entire unpaid site. After direction and written scope approval, pay 50%, with 50% before launch. Three-day production is a target only after complete approved content, deposit, access and compatible hosting are ready. DNS, owner approvals and exceptions can delay live launch. Source files are handed over after full payment and delivered defects are corrected for 30 days.
